Reading the Rules

Each game will have the same basic categories in the description. In certain cases, some may be missing or others may be added, depending on the game.

• Overview - A general description of the game, typically in a paragraph or two.
• Objective - How players win or the game ends, typically in a sentence or two.
• Requirements - What you need to play. This includes number of players, approximate amount of time, and any space requirements, as well as cards, dice, etc.
• Set-Up - Before the game begins, it may require some set-up.
• Game Play - How the game proceeds from the start, up to how it ends.
• House Rules - Optional rules that may be enforced if the players desire.
